Two months ago, I set out to do 3 upgrades on the 1996 Liberty Prevost XL bus conversion, and finally I am doing the last one. I did not expect any of these to be quite so difficult, but turns out they were. Today, I am modifying what I think is a useless galley cabinet to be a useful trash cabinet. As I removed the factory's trash compactor to install a wine cooler, I thought adding a pull out trash can would be apt, especially with a cabinet which has limited uses and is centrally located between the galley and salon. While I ordered a bracket and rail system to make it easier, this did turn into a large project because I did want to make it look like Liberty Coach installed this or at least upgraded it cleanly. This also gave me an opportunity to work on my coutertop edge banding skills as I will need them in the future too.
