Analytical centrifuge commonly known as analytical ultra centrifuge is a centrifuge machine that can detect movement of sample molecules during centrifugation. For this the machine uses a vertical tube rotor which is transparent from the top and the bottom. The centrifuge tube placed
in the rotor is also transparent. The light is allowed to pass through the bottom of the rotor the light coming out from the rotor is detected by the detector and analyzed by the computer. The computer displays information in the form of graph.
