Gaining self-awareness and knowing your values are the first step towards building a career and life with meaning and fulfillment. It is crucial to overcome internal obstacles, learn how to reframe failure and rejection, and manage our negative inner-voice. Visualizing the achievement of your dream will help you to stay motivated, and focused, and will lead you to take actions to make it a reality. It’s only through action that our lives will change. We need to learn how to create a career and life vision that is aligned with our values, and then take steps and actions towards the career and life that give us joy and meaning.
