At Gradiant, cofounders Anurag Bajpayee SM ’08, PhD ’12 and Prakash Govindan PhD ’12 want to give nature its water back. Gradiant is a pioneer in sustainable—or “cleantech”—water projects with a specific focus on solutions for manufacturing. The two @MITMechE alumni develop technologies to help treat and recycle more than 95 percent of an industrial plant's wastewater.
