There’s no denying—Alton Brown is a genius. Though not actually a chef he’s carved out a career as a food authority, with his most popular accomplishment to date being the success of his Show Good Eats.

I enjoy his episodes about alcohol, and inspired by his take on the Bloody Mary, wanted to see if I could improve it.
