Howard Grimes came up with a lot of very slick and unique grooves on many Al Green tracks. This is one of my favorites. Such a greasy feel on this one. So many great drummers from Memphis and Howard is right there at the top for me along with Al Jackson Jr. Who also played on many great Al Green tracks and also co-wrote and produced.
