Meet Gregory Moran, the writer, producer and actor behind Paralysis.

Paralysis is a creative collaboration practice developed as part of the Master of Arts Screen studies, bringing together a fantastic crew to explore the craft of articulating nine disciplines of expression into one story on screen.

Partially inspired by Gregory's experience as a quadriplegic, Paralysis tells the story of Tom, who returns to his hometown after five years and must confront his estranged best friend and the wounds of their past.

Greg is screening two films at Filmable, Paralysis and Culicidae, and he is the producer behind Fracture, which premiered internationally at the BAFTA-qualifying Aesthetica Short Film Festival and domestically at CinefestOZ. Fracture also won Gold in the Short Film category at the ACS NSW Awards.

The Master of Arts Screen is delivered in nine disciplines – Directing, Producing, Screenwriting, Cinematography, Editing, Production Design, Sound Design, Music and Documentary – the program is designed for emerging screen professionals ready to deepen their craft and lead with confidence in a rapidly evolving industry.
