Melika Azimi and Kiera D’Arcy, last year’s recipients of the Women in Cinematography Scholarship, share how the Cinematography Electives were fundamental in developing their skills and confidence with the camera, lighting, grip, and all the equipment and crew that make cinematography shine bright and bring a film to life.

These electives are part of the Bachelor of Arts Screen: Production course, with an elective running for each year of the course, enabling the space, time, and technical requirements for hands-on learning and preparation for creative collaborations.
