Time for an adorable cubdate: After bonding with mom behind the scenes for the last seven weeks, our African lion cubs got to explore outside for the very first time last week. They’ve loved climbing, chasing, and discovering this new space! 🦁
The best news? Our cubs are almost ready for guests! Their public debut is October 9, and starting then, they’ll be outside daily from 9:30–11:30 a.m. in the Maternity Yard! As they get more comfortable in their space, their outdoor time may extend, but their dedicated care team will ensure they get plenty of rest behind the scenes as well.
