Adverse possession is a unique area of law which has undergone reform through the Land Registration Act 2002. This video will look at what is adverse possession and how can it be proven? It will reference key cases and key legislation such as the Limitation Act 1980 and Pye v Graham (2002). Concepts such as animus possidendi will also be examined.
