If you activate Lift, throw yourself off of a cliff, and then toss the object as the screen is fading to black, you encounter this glitch that prevents you from moving the camera whatsoever. This has the side effect of still allowing your gun to move and fire in first-person, but your view doesn't follow it.
The only way to correct the glitch is to Lift something else. Additionally, a glow is left behind in the area of the map where you Lifted the object or enemy.
