The Fleet Commander RADM Chris Smith AO CSM RAN, has received the ensigns from the last three ACPB’s at a decommissioning ceremony at HMAS Coonawarra. The Fleet Commander and dignitaries have joined families and former Armidale Class Patrol Boats crew members to farewell the last of the ACPB’s, HMA Ships Albany, Bathurst and Childers.
