Technically it might be called a foam filled, longeron-in-longeron torsion resistant box frame. We will just call them the door sills. In this episode, we pour a foam cover over our existing unidirectional fiber stiffener (longeron) and shape it into beautifully contoured door sills that include channels for weather stripping and a latch strike area. And, just for fun, I've thrown in the trimming of the raged edges of the turn back flanges, spiffing up the monocoque tub chassis to make the whole thing more beautiful and finished.
