It is not necessary to make something heroic like climbing the unreachable mountain just to have a bit of fun playing ham radio outdoorsy.

I wanted to ride my e-bike to explore a forest nearby, I wanted to test my Buddistick Vertical Antenna Clamp with my e-bike, I wanted to test my Elecraft KX2 Antenna tuner on a Buddistick 3m telescopic whip. I did not care so much about activating a park, especially that the forest I went to was not even an “official” park good for activation. But it was full of life and fun.

Let’s have fun outdoors before summer’s gone!
