Yes the video is long, I could have easily edited a lot out of this video but I thought it be good to show a complete live repair uncut from start to finish. It's not uncommon to spend 30 minutes on a cartridge that needs more attention than a simple resplice or pad replacement. These Lear Jet carts are some of the hardest to open so they often take much more work to get inside. Opening the cart reveals a little extra surprise that also needs some work. The tape inside has not only slipped off the hub from the center, it has been crunched up and damaged... The easiest way to get a replacement roller is to steal it from another cart as seen in the video.
