This is part of a short "surviving" previous recording that was at the very end of a tape that contained a later recording of Kids' WB from 2002 (commercials from that recording uploaded here: youtube.com/watch?v=8nydeP0Pi90). Sorry about the poor picture quality, I adjusted the tracking the best I could.
