How do Muslim people break the Ramadan fast all over the world?

From Indonesia, to Syria, Gambia or Morocco, the "Iftar" (evening fast breaking dinner) Specialities are really diverse. And apart from dates and water, their traditions are actually pretty much intertwined with local foods.

In this video the Iftar Specialities showcased are :

- Dates
- Indonesian Rendang
- Syrian Makdus
- Palestinian Coffee
- Moroccan Tajine
- Gambian Fried Plantains
- Indian Byriani

This video was shot during the 1. Ramadan Food Festival in Berlin organised by Clean Plate Society and Yaam, whose goal was to showcase the culinary diversity throughout the different Muslim countries, but also to promote a true cultural exchange to prevent prejudices and intolerance.
