We were invited to Roskilde Festival to check out the food they serve there. So Anja and Simon to the chance and went to see one of the most special music festivals out there. Roskilde was established in 1972 and has been non-profit ever since. More than 20.000 Volunteers every year make the festival possible, the food served is over 90% organic this year and the lineup is just amazing.
