ℹ️ About the Episode: There is nothing better than receiving an email from someone who was inspired by a simple message: Start Small and Start Now! Being a small part of people realizing their dreams is a joy for us, but we also know they took the steps needed to make it happen. Going after your dreams, no matter how big or small, can be scary. But we've learned that most people regret the chances they didn't take. We've also learned that there are "windows" of opportunity that arise from time to time, and when those windows appear, magic happens if you take action. This series is all about Tricia's daydream. We want to continue to be an example of chasing dreams—because our dreams don’t stop when our kids grow up, when we retire from a career, or when we pass a major age milestone. Trish has enjoyed cooking for all of her adult life and wanted to attend Le Cordon Bleu boulangerie school to fill in some missing pieces in her cooking proficiency. With the kids all grown up and Victoria married now, this was the perfect "window" in our lives to spend six weeks living in Paris. And who knows—delicious baguettes, croissants and focaccia breads could be part of our future plans . . . depending on where our daydreams take us. Not to mention an added layer of delish that Trish wants to share on her weekly livestreams on Instagram @wherestrishcooking when we get back to the States.
