Testing saliva cortisol levels can be expensive and even unavailable in some countries, so in today's video I'm sharing four ways to test for Adrenal Fatigue at home. For free! It's best if you do all of them one by one, but even just doing one or two might already give you some data to work with. If all the tests are positive, it's a very strong indication of Adrenal Fatigue. Just a few months ago, I tested positive for all four tests. Right now, I'm passing all of them with flying colours, so don't get discouraged by the results. Healing is very real and it doesn't even take long.
