Learn new strategies and exercises to help progress towards your own Maltese and Planche! We totally re-designed our training program after consulting high level gymnasts and sitting down to write a thorough program. This video shows how we changed our workouts drastically immediately after the the last video in this series - where we tested where we were at in our Maltese and Planche training.
