STRONGER! Olympic Lifting - Month 9 - Lachlan Walker

Tendinitis in my rotator cuff really limited my training this month, though I still managed to make great progress! I cut most overhead work from the sessions and instead focused on Squats and Deadlifts. I looked at this injury in the positive way that I can focus more on the fundamental lifts so that when it has recovered I will definitely be hitting new highs! Very excited for next month where my shoulder is hopefully recovered!
