Discover how the Prusa Pro HT90 handles industrial-grade filaments from 3DXTECH, including PSU, PPSU, PPS, PEI, and PEKK-CF. These high-performance materials are engineered for demanding applications and require extreme printing conditions, with most being printed at temperatures exceeding 400°C (except for PPS).
Huge thanks to Pavel from Czech Republic, who printed these objects for the testing.

In this video, I explore the unique properties of each filament, showcase 3D printing footage, and evaluate the printed objects while addressing challenges such as shrinkage. To test the limits of these industrial filaments, I conduct a series of mechanical and thermal evaluations, including tensile and layer adhesion tests, shear and twist tests in both horizontal and vertical orientations, impact, bending, and creeping evaluations, a temperature test to gauge heat resistance, and a practical twist drill test to assess real-world performance.
The results reveal valuable insights into the capabilities and applications of these materials, making this a must-watch for anyone interested in high-performance 3D printing.
