Printing a pre-assembled Chinese folding fan on my Ultimaker 2!
Filament : Black XT and Ultra Marine Blue PLA by ColorFabb
Model name:
3D Printed Chinese Oriental Folding Fan (No Assembly Required)
Thingiverse: thingiverse.com/thing:673741
0.5 and 0.25mm Nozzle,
Printed at scale,
layer height 0.1 mm,
50 mm/s,
10% infill,
240c on nozzle, 210c for PLA,
70c on the bed, 50c for PLA,
fan at 50%.
As always used hairspray for bed adhesion!(Clynol Ultra Strong Hold)
Pretty cool model actually, the fan prints in one piece and I just had to break the blades loose from the axle and voila fully functional hand fan :-)
