Hi, everyone! As I promised last week, this week I’m showing you all the secrets behind the mini edibles that decked the halls of my 3-D Christmas fireplace vignette. Here, you’ll learn how to make five key accessories: (1) stamped and airbrushed fondant or royal icing rugs, (2) a royal icing candelabra, (3) a dimensional royal icing fireplace screen, (4) framed cookie pictures, and (5) a 3-D Christmas tree cookie. Along the way, I’ll also give pointers for making the Christmas stockings and evergreen garlands, both of which are royal icing transfers. For more information about how to make Santa’s plate of goodies and the fire and logs, please see the links to previous videos in “Related Videos”, below. And, remember: even if you don't make the full 3-D fireplace vignette, any of these accessories can be used on other 3-D or 2-D cookies or cookie projects.
