And just yesterday, I had the pleasure of chatting with one of the very special Gold Sponsors of my 2024 competition, a person who has perhaps more competing and judging experience than anyone I know . . . yes, I’m talking about American Cake Awards’ 2024 Sugar Hero, the remarkable Susan Trianos of Learn to Cake with Susan Trianos (link below).
