Trick AND Treat! Yes, this cauldron is tricky, because it’s also a treat. Believe it or not, it’s 100 percent cookie and icing, with the added surprise of having Halloween candy inside. Bake and decorate the cauldrons from start to finish for special Halloween party favors. Or simply make the pieces in advance and let your guests build their own personalized cauldrons on the spot.

PROJECT DIMENSIONS:
Cauldron bottom half: 4 1/8-inch round shaped over 3-inch hemisphere mold
Cauldron top half: 4 1/8-inch round shaped over 3-inch hemisphere mold, with 2 9/16-inch (or 2 1/2-inch) hole cut in top center
Cauldron lid (top ring): 3 1/8- to 3 1/4-inch round with 2 1/8-inch hole cut in center
Cauldron lid (bottom): 2 3/16-inch round
Cauldron base: 3-inch round
Cauldron riser (to elevate cauldron body over base): 1- to 1 1/4-inch round

TIPS USED:
Witch hat (top): Ateco #804 round tip (about 3/8-inch diameter)
Snakes: Ateco #5 round tip
Large flames: Ateco #30 star tip
Small flames: Ateco #25 or #27 star tip
