This is not easy to slice! Some of those bridging areas need much slower speed and more cooling. Give an idea what to expect!
Cooling for this was variable from 2-100%, base speed at 20% and increase based on 2 second layer time to 100%. Unfortunately, 2 seconds layer time is rather short for this model and the fan does not come on enough.
I needed a test to see a functional print, how it would look, what it took to slice it, and overall how much effort it takes to get a good slice.
I am maxed out on sustained flow at ~62mms3 using a 0.4 Tungsten Carbide nozzle. I also have the same flow with 0.5, 0.6, 0.8 nozzle. I am told I can change to an 8T and get increased flow, and more with a 6 tooth. I might consider a temporary solution with 8T and make a new hotend in the mean time. I think that would really wake up the printer.
ABS, 0.4TC nozzle, 295C temp (needs to be 315).
This print is 700mms commanded, 60-70K acceleration., 60SCV. Print took 45 minutes. I used the benchy settings, but I did add infill at 20% adaptive. The weight call out was 82.61 grams and it weighed in at 83.2. I had the flow multiplier at .98 vs .95 typical.
