The 2027 Lincoln Corsair is returning with a major surprise: it will be built in China and sold exclusively with a 305 horsepower hybrid powertrain.
Standard all-wheel drive, refreshed styling, and a significantly higher starting price make this one of the biggest Corsair updates yet.
For 2027, the Lincoln Corsair receives a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder hybrid powertrain producing 305 horsepower, with all-wheel drive included as standard equipment. Lincoln has also refreshed the exterior with a redesigned grille, more sculpted hood, updated headlights, revised front and rear fascias, and changes to the taillights.
Inside, the Corsair continues with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and 13.2-inch infotainment display, while BlueCruise 1.5 hands-free driver assistance is standard. The Reserve trim can also be equipped with Lincoln’s 24-way Perfect Position front seats with heating, ventilation, and massage functions.
The biggest talking point could be pricing. The 2027 Lincoln Corsair Premiere Hybrid starts at $49,740 including destination, while the Reserve starts at $55,790. The Premiere is $7,310 more expensive than the non-hybrid 2026 model.
Another major change is where the vehicle comes from. The 2027 Corsair will be imported from China when it goes on sale early next year, while the previous Grand Touring plug-in hybrid is being dropped from the lineup.
Would you consider the new 2027 Lincoln Corsair at nearly $50,000, especially knowing it will be imported from China? Let us know in the comments, and remember to like the video and subscribe to DPCcars for more new vehicle news and future model updates.
