The 2026 Genesis GV60 is the most characterful and best-built small electric SUV you can buy, and this review is about whether its design, cabin and theatre are worth the money. It is Genesis's first bespoke EV, sharing an 800-volt platform with the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6, but spending its budget on a quilted, suede-lined cabin and a rotating crystal-sphere gear selector nothing else in the class can match. For 2026 it gains a larger 84 kWh battery, more range, and a Tesla-style NACS charging port. Prices start at $52,525 ($54,020 with destination) for the 306-mile Standard rear-drive car and rise to $71,875 for the 429-horsepower Performance, which hits 60 mph in about 4 seconds.
