Buy discs @ RareDiscs.ca with free Canada/USA shipping over CAD $150. This is the walkthrough video and practice round for the 2022 BC Open - Campbell Valley Park. This course is usually a horse riding arena which makes it super cool that the tournament hosts were able to get permission to use the land and set up something neat here.
The course was designed by InDesign Disc Golf who also made Raptors Knoll, the other course in the tournament. Thanks to our friends at AceRunners for setting up the practice day!!!
I tried my best to give you a good explanation of what's going on as I could not take drone shots. Unfortunately because of the wind and the fact that I'm a recreational player, my putting was not super on point so I missed a lot of 20-30 foot putts I think I should normally make. Embarrassing!
I found the course incredibly challenging and I think there will be a wide swing in scores due to the thick woods. If you can keep your disc straight with some distance you should be able to par out this course. However if you're errant in any way, there's a high chance the next shot will not be doable and you'll have to chip out/take the extra stroke. Throw it straight, throw it far, and try to keep it on the fairway.
