Today I'm showing you how to make 2 ST.PATRICK'S Day Cocktails - The Wild Eyed Rose and The Tipperary. One is super easy drinking and the other one is more of a Manhattan style cocktail with a little bit of a bite. What they have in common is that they both use Irish Whiskey! :) Hooray!

Wild Eyed Rose
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Homemade Grenadine
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Lime Juice
2 oz (60ml) Irish Whiskey

Shake this hard and serve up (or on the rocks like I do in the video), garnish with a piece of lime in some shape or form.

Tipperary
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1/2 (15ml) Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Sweet Vermouth
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Irish Whiskey

Give this a good stir until it's fully chilled and diluted. Garnish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry. Slainte!

How to make your own grenadine:
4 oz Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice (pomwonderful.com/products/pomegranate-juice/)
4 oz Granulated Cane Sugar
1 oz Pomegranate Molasses (alwadi-alakhdar.com/products/molasses/natural-pomegranate-molasses/)
Heat the ingredients on LOW heat, do not cook! Just dissolve it. Store in fridge in a container with a lid for up to 2-3 weeks. Check for carbonation or 'clouds" in the syrup, throw it out when you get this.
