Aye oh! I'm back! This time with a "modern classic" if you will- The Infante. This is a nutty tequila cocktail created in 2009 by Giuseppe Gonzalez and it's a great and easy to make little tequila cocktail to keep in your cocktail arsenal.

Infante
2-3 drops orange blossom water
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Orgeat
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz (60ml) Tequila Blanco

Shake all ingredients and serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with some fresh nutmeg
