In this video I'll be making a SUPER refreshing raspberry, sage and gin cocktail. The style is called a "Gin Fix" or a "Fix" in general and it is a classic cocktail. The trick is to have crushed or pebble ice (see link below), which makes it a Fix.

Gin Fix
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Simple Syrup
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
2 oz (60ml) Gin
3-4 Raspberries (optional!)
4-6 Sage Leaves (optional!)

Muddle, quick shake and double strain over crushed ice. Garnish with Raspberries and Sage!
