The Last Word is one of my go to Classic Gin Cocktails, both for myself and for guests that say they don't like gin. Wherever I am in the world, if they have it on the cocktail list or I feel the bar I'm visiting is classic cocktail savvy enough, I'll order it.
It is herbaceous, citrusy and really delightful, if you're in the mood for a shaken gin-based cocktail.
If you're a home bartender making it at home, it is super easy to make as well! Equal parts of all ingredients :)

Last Word
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Gin
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Fresh Lime Juice

Good hard shake, serve it up in a coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
