A lot of bartenders do not bring their own tools to work, and that's fine. As long as you don't blame someone else for not finding the wine key when you're slammed and need to pop a bottle... Preparation is key as a bartender- mise en place extends to the stuff that we carry on us as well, at least if you ask me! What do you bring to work? Let me know!
