Morning Red Velvet Cupcakes
Last night at our Tupperware social my Director brought these cupcakes that were so ONO! When she told me she made them in 80 seconds in the microwave I didn't believe her. So this morning, I had to give these a try. It took my microwave 2 minutes to cook it.
These worked! Now, I know these aren't the prettiest of cupcakes but by golly, my kids ate them up like it was going to sell out! That's a WIN for this mom.

2 minute cupcakes
Mix cake mix per box directions. Place cupcake liners in the muffin silicone mold. Fill with batter 1/2 full. Don't overfill.
Place in microwave and cook for 90 seconds. Remove and let cool. Repeat until all cupcakes are done.
**Cook time will vary based on microwave wattage. I use a 1,000 watt microwave.**
