15 minute Deconstructed "Stuffed" Peppers in the Stack Cooker

I used my previously browned and drained ground beef for this recipe. The stack cooker does so many wonderful things!

1.5 lbs browned ground beef, drained
8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 medium sized onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, smashed. You can mince if you like
1/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon Worcesteshire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cube Knorr Beef Boullion
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Optional: Top with sour cream when done

I used my premade ground beef which was frozen. I popped the frozen meat block in the center of the 3 quart casserole. Place all veggies around the meat. Put all remaining ingredients on top.

Cover with the handles lined up. This is the "closed" setting (not vented). I want to retain the steam inside the stack cooker. Cook for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5. Stir. Done!

**Cook time will vary based on your microwave wattage. I use a 1,100 watt microwave.**
