It's 10:20 pm and we still have things to get done before going to bed. We both had really long days and we were both delirious at this point. We needed this therapy session with you all to talk story and release some pressure. It might seem weird but going live last night actually did US (Romel and I) a whole lot of good. After we were done, we both felt "lighter" and could actually rest our heads.
You guys may not know this, but turning that camera on and having you all to chat with actually helps us to clear our thoughts and share a whole lot of laughter together too. It really changes our mood and you can see the transformation by the time we end the video. Thank you for being up late to join us.
P.S. This is the MOST Romel ever talked on camera LOL!
Simple Tuna Sandwiches
3 - 5 oz cans of tuna, drained
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 cup mayo
2 teaspoons Umami Seasoning (Trader Joe's)
**1 teaspoon pickle juice** optional
Place onion in the power chef and chop up. Add remaining ingredients and pull the string a few more times to mix.
Place lettuce on bread, top with tuna salad, layer lettuce on top and put the bread on top. Lettuce will keep the sandwich from getting soggy. Store in sandwich keepers.
