This clock took right off after I oiled the motor. The old owner dropped the clock and broke the dome cover and cracked the two post the held the clock. I used Super Glue and Baking Soda to hold the post on better. I took the clock apart to show you just how to do it and re-oil the clock.

Here I do most of my work on clocks. Mainly cuckoo clocks, yet I am always looking for the unusual and eye catching clocks. Some of the clocks I get into are ones that need saved from the dump. They fell off the wall from not securing the clock to the wall using the stud behind the sheetrock. Some of the clocks were laid to rest out in the garage or barn and I except the challenge of getting them back together again.
A well loved clock at one time is one that has a lot of wear and you find old bushings that might need to be replaced.
