This very heavy Mantel Clock with Pendulum I think was dropped and broke the movement from the case. All taped up inside so maybe the parts would stay with the clock??? Here I remove the tape, oil the clock, straighten the chime rods and get the clock back to working order. I also waxed the clock box with Howard Feed-n-Wax. Come check it all out.

Here I do most of my work on clocks. Mainly cuckoo clocks, yet I am always looking for the unusual and eye catching clocks. Some of the clocks I get into are ones that need saved from the dump. They fell off the wall from not securing the clock to the wall using the stud behind the sheetrock. Some of the clocks were laid to rest out in the garage or barn and I except the challenge of getting them back together again.
A well loved clock at one time is one that has a lot of wear and you find old bushings that might need to be replaced.
