This is amateur 8mm home movie footage of the 1946 Tournament of Roses Parade. This was taken shortly after the end of World War II, and is a great way to see how the country was dealing with the transition from the war, and how they welcomed home the troops.

Both the parade queen and the grand marshal are shown.
