Valiant Indian soldiers fight against Chinese troops during the 1962 Sino-Indian War, preventing a potential occupation of Ladakh region in the Battle of Rezang La.
The studio delivered around 500 VFX shots, covering a wide range of invisible and large-scale effects used throughout the film.
NOLABEL worked extensively on environment creation and extensions, especially snowy mountain terrains and battlefield locations, to enhance scale and realism. Several shots include CG set extensions, digital backgrounds, and landscape enhancements that seamlessly blend with the live-action footage.
The team also handled combat-related VFX, including explosions, muzzle flashes, debris, smoke, and destruction effects to intensify the war sequences. Crowd duplication and CG soldiers were used to expand battle scenes and create the feel of large military engagements.
In addition, NOLABEL worked on cleanup tasks, wire removals, blood enhancements, and continuity fixes to maintain visual consistency. All elements were carefully composited and color-matched to ensure the VFX felt grounded and cinematic rather than artificial.
