This video is based on the 11th Jo Suburi - Katate Gedan Gaeshi, meaning one handed strike with low reversal. This is from the 11-13 Katate No Bu (One Handed Series).

The sequence shows the Suburi done on both sides twice. The clip is then repeated in slow motion at 50%.

Morihiro Saito Sensei is known for his technical Aikido and emphasis on the basics. Iwama style of Aikido is based on Saito Sensei's teachings which includes Jojutsu (short staff techniques).
