When the whole world is slowing down, why not make use of all this found time and focus our energy on all the good thatβs still left in the world? Whatβs currently unraveling before our eyes falls under the category of things we canβt change and donβt have control over. But what we can change and what we do have control over is ourselves and how we choose to gracefully roll with the punches.
In today's video, we're going over 10 of my tried & true self-care habits thatβll be helpful to seasoned homebodies and those of us who are just getting used to this new normal.
