Strategy:
After adding Agrias to the game, I keep her in the main 5-person party for the rest of the game. I dequipped the character that had the least use. Agrias has few abilities and she is at a low level. So while leveling her up and getting her sword abilities and Chemist abilities, I leveled the rest of the characters in jobs that I saw appropriate. This is where I changed one of my magic characters to Calculator, so between this and Agrias, there is plenty to level in this area. Another good ability that I added was "Two Swords" which is a Ninja ability. Velius Valley is one of the most prominent Random Battle zones that I use in Final Fantasy Tactics. By the end of leveling here, the game will have completely changed.
