Guitar Hero: World Tour Missing Exports Pack Trailer Addy Mills 2023-06-10 | He re World Tour Missing Export!Here we go, the final piece of the Export puzzle! Complete with added X+ charts where applicable! I did not want to just release the songs and leave those sweet animations behind, so I spent a few months researching and reverse engineering the SKA animation system to figure out how it all worked.If you didn't know, despite looking similar, the Guitar Hero games completely changed how their animation system worked starting with Guitar Hero Metallica. Every game afterwards used the same system, so porting those animations were relatively simple. However, with World Tour, they were in a different format that caused the animations to go very glitchy if just plopped into the game.I knew there had to be a way to port them, as the folks at World Tour Definitive Edition were able to bring back some of those animations into World Tour. Lucky for them, WT doesn't care too much about how the data is laid out. That wasn't the case for Warriors of Rock so more time had to be spent getting the animations to work (if they weren't glitching, the game straight up crashed).I took some time figuring out how the animations worked by porting some Guitar Hero: Aerosmith animations into World Tour. It was during this conversion process that I learned more details about the system and could eventually manage to get a SKA file from World Tour to work in Warriors of Rock. Custom lipsync on PS2!It's still far from perfect (I don't know why his mouth hangs off to the side, probably a conversion error somewhere), and definitely not user friendly to implement. However, I'll keep working on it to make it as user-friendly to add to a custom disc and release the method with a future update to the .NET Toolkit!I realize I haven’t been publicly active lately. After getting my first iPhone this week, I really wanted to try out Blendartrack and its lipsync generation. After looking like a tool lipsyncing to this song in my living room, I ended up with a pretty decent lipsync for World Tour Definitive Edition.Converting it to WoR then ended up being pretty similar to my Missing Exports conversions. This doesn't have any band clips, as they are kind of hard to put in, but I will probably update this down the line. Wii Bird (Lynyrd Skynyrd - Free Bird Wii Edition) Custom for Warriors of Rock Addy Mills 2023-05-25 | When Neversoft released their Lynyrd Skynyrd Track Pack for Guitar Hero 5, the 360 and PS3 received the version from Smash Hits, as was expected. However, the Wii got an entirely new version. Completely different charts from the SH version. For completion's sake, this chart must be playable on the 360 and PS3. I personally prefer the SH guitar chart, but now you can make your opinion with this release!I originally was planning to just convert the chart, but the animations they put into this version were way better than the SH version! The files the Wii used to animate their avatars were completely different from 360, so I couldn't just plop them in. However, they used the same names as files found on the 360/PS3. So I found all animations in other official songs and added them to this one. Luckily, the file that tells the game to play animations/cameras cuts does transfer, so that part was pretty easy to bring over.As this is a custom, I did make one small modification, and that I added two kick lanes at the very end. Metallica - All Nightmare Long (World Tour DLC Edition) in Warriors of Rock Addy Mills 2023-05-23 | I feel like it's time to continue my quest of getting every single publicly available song playable in Warriors of Rock. Did you know that with the release of Guitar Hero Metallica, the DLC chart of All Nightmare Long got overwritten by the GHM version? This meant that the version that came with the rest of the album could only be played in Guitar Hero: World Tour. As such, I present to you the version with the WT chart available to play with full animations! Even though in GHVH, the animations were in two separate files on-disc, simply merging them into one song package worked just fine!
