In this video we look into some of the features in the DE1 app. Specifically the real-time flowrate control when steaming milk. As flowrate dictates pressure we can simply put control the speed at which we steam milk allowing you more flexibility to the way you like to texturize milk.
We also demonstrate the differences in the quality of milk at different ml/sec.
