Your Decent Espresso machine can automatically manage both clean water in and dirty water out.
In this video, John explains Decent’s Refill Kits and Drain Kit, showing how they work, how to connect them, and which setup is right for your machine and water source. These accessories simplify your daily workflow — no more manually refilling the water tray or emptying the drip tray.
*Water refill options* (choose one):
Catering Kit – Pumps water from a jug or bottle into your Decent machine.
Plumbing Kit – Connects your machine to filtered, pressurized water such as a reverse-osmosis (RO) system.
Both refill kits supply water on demand, keeping it fresh instead of storing stagnant water in the internal tank.
*Drain Kit* (DE1 only):
The Drain Kit replaces the standard drip tray with a sloped porcelain tray that drains wastewater into a separate container — ideal if you have space under your machine or want a cleaner counter setup.
The Catering Kit and Plumbing Kit work with all Decent machines, including Bengle. The Drain Kit is specific to the DE1 series.
Important note on water quality:
Always use low-calcium, filtered water (such as RO). Calcium damage is not covered under warranty and can harm any espresso machine.
