In today’s Zero Hour gameplay, I’m stepping into Mission 10 at the Abandoned Hospital and things get intense fast. This is one of the most atmospheric and challenging missions in the game, and I wanted to show a full clean playthrough so you can see every room, every enemy encounter, and every tactic that works here.

I’m running this mission in first person, clearing floor by floor, checking corners, and dealing with some nasty ambushes. Zero Hour is all about slow, tactical movement and smart decision-making, and this mission pushes that to the limit.
